Improving your chances of IVF success with evidence based research.   Investigating acupuncture to zygotes and everything in between.

Whether you are about to do your first IVF cycle or can name all the nurses at your clinic, the end result is still the same. You need to make THIS cycle the best it can possibly be.

I've been there.  I've been frustrated and mistrusted the information that was available.  That's why I evidence based researched the best 19 ways to help you improve egg quality, implantation rates and ultimately IVF success to save you time, money and false expectations. You haven't found anything like this before!

Modify YOUR risk factors

We hope that by highlighting how much an impact the every day things we do has on IVF success rates that it will provide you with the motivation to change YOUR individual risk factors.  This is all with the sole aim of improving the quality of your next cycle.

Speak to your doctor first

Every woman is different and every cycle is different.  The information provided here is for general informational purposes only.  It is essential you speak to your doctor to ensure these strategies are the right ones for you and your unique situation.

It is all researched

Ok.  So there are no awards (yet!) for this.  But there should be.  Where possible, each strategy is supported by data from clinical trials to give you accurate information to make your own decisions.  Not information a friend of friend's sister who once did IVF gave you.
